Job summary

Deepstreamtech is seeking a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant to join its Solutions Consulting team. In this pivotal role, you'll engage with clients to drive adoption of Remote’s Global Payroll offering, utilizing your expertise to navigate complex payroll concepts and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, possess strong sales acumen, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in global employment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global payroll processes.
  • Fluent in English, strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled service environments is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding

  • Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations

  • Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and convey complex payroll concepts in a way that resonates with both HR and executive audiences
