We're seeking a Senior Solutions Strategist to empower our sales team with your specialized knowledge and drive our continued growth.

While our sales team excels at showcasing the power of our document management and workflow automation solutions, we need your help navigating the intricate world of insurance policy form compliance. This is a critical area where your expertise will directly contribute to securing new business and solidifying our position as a trusted partner to commercial insurance carriers.

What You'll Do:

As our Senior Solutions Strategist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to insurance regulatory compliance and policy forms. You'll:

  • Lead and deliver compelling technical proof-of-concepts and custom demonstrations for prospective clients, specifically highlighting how our solutions address their compliance needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales teams to develop winning strategies and proposals, providing expert insights on the value proposition of our technology within the regulatory landscape.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface for prospects during their evaluation of our technology, answering complex questions related to policy form compliance and underwriting workflows.
  • Support initial client onboarding and provide occasional strategic guidance on product usage, ensuring a smooth transition and continued success.
  • Track technical evaluation details in CRM systems and provide valuable input for sales meetings.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our product range by relaying market and client needs, especially concerning regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer and industry trends to identify new opportunities where our solutions can further streamline compliance for carriers.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes insurance, with a particular focus on the intricacies of policy forms and compliance. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Extensive experience within the insurance industry, specifically with the compliance and filing of insurance policy forms.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the process and requirements for authoring new insurance policy forms.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards (state and federal), and how they impact policy development and management.
  • Proven ability to analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with insurance software, underwriting, compliance management tools, and document management systems.
  • A knack for staying updated on evolving regulations and industry best practices.
  • A proven track record of effectively educating colleagues and clients on compliance requirements.
  • The ability to travel occasionally, up to 50% (though often less).
