We’re looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep experience in telecommunications and enterprise software design. This role will focus on building scalable, future-ready architectures to support evolving commercial connectivity services, network orchestration, and business automation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of a robust integration and orchestration framework to support commercial telecom services
• Deliver end-to-end architectural solutions across the full lifecycle of connectivity products
• Shape technical strategy by evaluating and selecting platforms, tools, and vendors for orchestration and automation systems
• Develop high-level designs for integrating services like Ethernet, Direct Cloud Access, and Wavelength into internal platforms and external networks
• Collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams to transform requirements into scalable architectural solutions
• Provide design leadership for automation tools that support configuration management, network provisioning, and feature enablement
• Guide data architecture efforts for service modeling and structure optimization
• Apply enterprise architecture principles such as service-oriented design and microservices architecture to enable loosely coupled, highly resilient systems
• Prototype new tools, services, and integration strategies that align with long-term technology roadmaps
• Facilitate Agile-based development planning and track progress using tools like Rally or equivalent
• Produce use cases, functional designs, and technical documentation based on business needs
• Create service and data models (XML/JSON) that inform both application logic and database structure

Core Qualifications:

• 7+ years in architecture and solution design roles, particularly within the Telecom or Cable domain
• Proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead conversations, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with a range of architecture tools and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Hands-on experience with application development and system integration
• Background in database design and development using relational or modern open-source data platforms
• Ability to generate project cost estimates and contribute to business case development
