NVIDIA Corporation in California is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with major telecom accounts, mapping complex workloads to NVIDIA's hardware and software platform.

You will co-design scalable architectures, lead hands-on engagements, and advise customers and partners while accelerating AI and networking solutions across the Telco Solutions Architect team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience across software/hardware, dev relations, partnerships, or product management.
• 3-5+ years direct telecom experience with Tier-1 operators or telecom customers.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience balancing customer needs with product decisions in telco context.
• Background in wireless communications or DSP with interest in AI Autonomous Networks.

We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon accounts across the Telco Solutions Architect team. In this role, you’ll connect real-world customer workloads to NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale our platforms. We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth who can serve as a trusted advisor, bridge complex challenges to innovative solutions, and grow into a strategic resource for the customers and partners you support. What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a trusted advisor who understands complex or large-scale customer workloads and maps them to NVIDIA’s technology stack to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Co-design advanced, scalable architectures with customers or ISV partners, defining technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.
• Engage hands‑on with deep technical topics—designing, validating, and supporting solutions that enable customer and partner success.
• Identify gaps between customer needs and NVIDIA offerings, communicating insights that shape internal product and engineering priorities.
• Lead technical engagements, helping customers troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and advocate for their technical needs.
• Drive technical enablement and platform adoption, helping developers and enterprises integrate NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.
• Partner cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of NVIDIA solutions.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Industry background spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management — with 3-5+ years of direct, hands‑on experience in the telecommunications industry with Tier‑1 operators/service providers, or customers/partners in the telecom space.
• Deep technical expertise in the telecommunications service provider stack with a track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C‑level executives.
• A track record of balancing empathy for Telco customer needs with the ability to drive complex product decisions through trusted relationships.
• Our ideal candidate has a background in wireless communication systems or digital signal processing and a passion for building AI Autonomous Networks.
• Anticipate Telecom ISV partners' and customers' needs and find enablement opportunities to expand adoption and utilization of NVIDIA networking tools and platforms.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• History of enabling customers and/or partners to successfully adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms.
• Experience working with modern application deployment practices, including but not limited to Docker/Containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with modern Agentic AI architecture and frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI Inference workloads, networks, and tools.
• Exposure to CUDA/GPU programming is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
