Overview

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) to support DOE NNSA CATS in Albuquerque, NM.

*This position is primarily remote, but the individual must reside in/near Albuquerque, NM and be able to report to the office no longer than three hours from the request being made.

Responsibilities
  • Will be the SME responsible for developing and managing the CATS and cloud architectures.
  • Will serve as the technical liaison with NA-IM and other external customers and will design and coordinate external application integrations and interfaces.
Required Education
  • Must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in an Information Technology related discipline.
  • Strongly desired certifications include Project Management, Agile, SAFe for Government, Azure, ITIL, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cloud/Network Engineering, and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 3 (or higher) accreditation.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Must have minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting DOE/NNSA Information Technology programs.
  • Must have experience in achieving or maintaining accreditation of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 or higher.
  • Experience in or knowledge of Personnel Vetting programs, policies, and processes is strongly desired.
Required Citizenship and Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; for the purposes of this work a Green card or Visa will not meet this requirement.
  • Must have Q Clearance.
