You’ll lead integration, automation, and C#-driven microservices across SF and CA, with remote-first flexibility and a compensation range of $154,000–$222,000 per year.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, a growth mindset, and strong communication across emails, calls, and in-person meetings, with mentoring from a startup culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the stack.
• Automate Learning chores that drain engineering time.
• Replace brittle C# hacks with scalable Communication solutions.

• Maintain microservices platform for CA expansion.
• Refactor legacy Learning modules for cleaner code.
• Right-size C# infra to trim cloud costs in SF.
• Scale GitHub Actions from SF pilot to CA-wide rollout.
