Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, and .NET stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and .NET technologies.
• Deliver secure and enterprise-grade applications across payroll, tax, immigration workflows.
• Design and implement reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.
• Build and operate cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Establish observability with Azure Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, structured logging, monitoring and alerting frameworks.
• Architect REST-based and event-driven integrations.
• Develop microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Lead architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product/Implementation teams.
• Lead security and compliance efforts in SDLC.
