Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of Information/MES solution architectures for manufacturing clients. With a focus on leading enterprise-scale deployments, this role requires deep expertise in manufacturing software and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, knowledge of industrial controls, and a background in end-to-end solution architecture. Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401K, and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing software, including enterprise-scale deployments.
• Hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing environments needed.
• Proven track record in systems analysis, design, and implementation governance.
• Deep expertise in configurable and custom software architectures.
• Knowledge of relational and time-series databases and integration trade-offs.
• Experience in architecting enterprise to plant-floor integrations.
• Advanced experience with major industrial software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Information/MES solutions.
• Support pre-sales engagements and project leadership.
• Determine best approaches for gap analysis.
• Build relationships with manufacturing software partners.
• Mentor colleagues across the corporation on architecture.
• Advise customers on AI strategy and vendor options.
