Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in large-scale distributed training and alignment of neural networks. You will support leading AI researchers and institutions in training and post-training workflows, including MoE models, and bridge research with engineering across NVIDIA’s full training stack.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of distributed AI training experience on multi-node GPU clusters.
• Strong understanding of training infrastructure, efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent communication with researchers and infrastructure engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading AI model builders in EMEA.
• Collaborate with customers to define software stacks and infrastructure for large-scale training and post-training workflows, incl. RL.
• Serve as the go-to expert on distributed training strategies, guiding customers through large-scale training and post-training recipes using frameworks like Megatron-LM, NeMo, or PyTorch.
• Help customers optimize training/finetuning efficiency at scale, covering GPU utilization, memory management, and communication overlap.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA product and research teams to present customer needs.
• Animate the developer community by building or supporting hackathons, demos, and technical conferences.
• Publish or contribute to open-source work in distributed training.
