Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to empower pharmaceutical and techbio customers to train, optimize, and deploy large biological foundation models on our GPU-accelerated platform. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging science, software, and customer engagements across North America.

In this role you will architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines, build compelling proofs-of-concept, and collaborate with internal experts to deliver high-impact solutions for genomics,

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computational Biology/Computational Chemistry/Computational Physics or related field.
• 5+ years software development for DL, GPU acceleration or scientific computing.
• Hands-on ML experience in genomics/quantum chemistry/biomaterials/structural biology.
• Experience profiling and optimizing training workflows for large AI models.
• Proficiency with Linux and HPC environments (Slurm/Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication for presenting to scientists and executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for training large biological models.
• Build proof-of-concept demos showing NVIDIA software and hardware benefits.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and field teams to deliver solutions.
• Document best practices and teach through enablement materials and workshops.
• Serve as trusted advisor for integrating NVIDIA technologies into biopharma apps.
