Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to redefine drug discovery and biological research using GPU-accelerated AI. The role focuses on enabling pharma and techbio customers to train, optimize, and deploy large biological foundation models on NVIDIA’s platform.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver PoCs, drive adoption, and mentor customers. Equity and benefits are included; applications accepted until date noted in posting.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in computational science or related field.
• 5+ years in software development for deep learning, GPU acceleration, or scientific computing.
• Hands-on ML experience in genomics, quantum chemistry, biomaterials, or structural biology.
• Experience profiling and optimizing training workloads in large AI models.
• Proficient with Linux, HPC environments, Slurm or Kubernetes-based clusters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and account teams to understand goals and platform adoption.
• Architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for large biological foundation models.
• Build proof-of-concept demos showing NVIDIA software/hardware benefits.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and field teams for high-impact solutions.
• Document best practices and provide technical enablement and workshops.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for integrating NVIDIA technologies into biopharma applications.
