Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise risk technology architecture across 20+ application teams. You will craft architecture visions, prototypes, and IT plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints and regulatory requirements.

You will interface with cross-functional stakeholders, drive cloud-native and Agentic AI initiatives, mentor teams, and present strategic reviews to senior leaders. Hybrid work and strong compensation accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience with architectural or senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Microservices, Cloud, Big Data, RDBMS, and UI/UX technologies.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long-term architectural strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Drive cohesive system architecture, gathering needs from end-users and stakeholders while adhering to SDLC policies.
• Present regular architectural reviews to senior management and business leaders and guide vendor roadmaps.
