Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in senior or lead solutions roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, and data mapping for enterprise onboarding projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear designs for Onboarding and Integrations teams.
• Scope integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle, NetSuite and similar AP/financial systems.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Coach Onboarding Managers and Solutions Consultants, escalating complex challenges.
• Inform sales and discovery with implementation insights to improve scoping.
