Qualifications

• 10+ years as a software engineer focusing on Java backend development.
• Experience leading large cross-team initiatives and coordinating delivery.
• Proven ability to align technical investments with business objectives.
• Experience evaluating/integrating third-party platforms within a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for large-scale, multi-team initiatives across backend, CMS, video and ad tech.
• Define scalable, secure cloud-native solutions and drive cross-team alignment.
• Provide architectural leadership across video workflows, monetization, and CMS systems.
• Mentor engineers and establish reliability, observability, and security practices.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
