Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design scalable system architectures for the Corporate IT group in Columbus, IN. You will define component structures, allocate functionality, and establish interfaces between systems and applications.

You will build global reference architectures to promote standardization and reusable building blocks across teams and regions, while partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions with strong business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience in software development or related roles.
• Hands-on experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead is required.
• Experience designing architectural solutions for enterprise-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable architectures by defining components and interfaces.
• Create and maintain global reference architectures for consistency.
• Partner with business, customers and technical teams to deliver value.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead pilots/PoCs to validate capabilities.
