Job summary

Arcesium, a global fintech, seeks Principal Solution Architect to join CS3 in New York. You will own outcomes, be hands-on, read platform code, write API examples, and perform data analysis while representing the company in client discussions.

This high-visibility role focuses on designing and delivering scalable integrations, managing risks, and building relationships across engineering, product, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that will help integrate the Arcesium platform with client workflows and unlock scale.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers across engineering, product, and client teams, escalating risks early and always maintaining forward momentum.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted point of contact.
• Lead project meetings, driving alignment across technical and non-technical participants through deep understanding of the problem space and proposed solutions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve resilience, and support long-term operational scalability.
