Job summary

Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, seeks a Principal Solution Architect for its CS3 team. You will own outcomes and engage directly with clients, reading platform code, writing API examples, and performing in-depth data analysis.

This high-visibility role requires clear communication and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and finance teams. You will design scalable solutions, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and lead technical discussions with clients,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trust across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Track record in unblocking complex workstreams and driving them to completion.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and risks.
• Solid understanding of middle and back-office technology platforms and how components fit.
• Excellent communication to articulate problems to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to integrate the Arcesium platform with client workflows.
• Identify blockers across engineering, product, and client teams and escalate risks early.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and drive alignment between technical and non-technical participants.
• Propose and implement process improvements for resilience and scalability.
