Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Senior Network Architect to act as the primary technical interface for Premier accounts, modernizing campus and data center infrastructure. You will architect scalable, secure networks and guide a team through complex deployments.

You will also mentor engineers, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with executives to ensure successful outcomes for high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, network architecture, or a related technical field.
• Deep technical proficiency in enterprise switching, including L2/L3 protocols, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Consistent record of designing and running Campus Fabric deployments for enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical staff and business leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Premier accounts, focusing on modernizing infrastructure through Switching and Campus Fabric architectures.
• Design resilient, scalable, and secure network environments for enterprise clients.
• Bridge engineering outcomes with executive stakeholders and mentor internal teams to support evolving environments.
