Job summary

Talentmatics Inc. is seeking an senior AI/GenAI Architect to design and lead enterprise AI solutions in multiple US locations. The role focuses on building AI agents and copilots, enforcing governance, security, and responsible AI practices, and delivering architecture standards and documentation.

You will guide development teams and stakeholders, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr to create scalable GenAI implementations across NYC, Piscataway, and Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience with enterprise AI design and governance frameworks.
