Job description

The hiring range for this role is:

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may be based on factors such as competencies, education, experience, certifications, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, establishing Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
  • Collaborate with the chief architect to lead integration of enterprise architecture with related processes.
  • Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead design, development, and deployment of healthcare business applications.
  • Define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
  • Guide teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and scope.
  • Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and drive Agile software delivery.
  • Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.
Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Certification

Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

Required: Minimum 10 years of IT or software development experience including enterprise architecture, system design, business analysis, and team leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages, object-oriented design, and debugging.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, especially AWS services.
  • Expertise in data architectures, pipelines, ETL, and real-time processing.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Preferred familiarity with the health insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
