Job description

The hiring range for this role is:

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, establishing Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
  • Lead the integration of Enterprise Architecture processes with other related processes, working with internal departments and external partners to evaluate infrastructure and deploy healthcare applications.
  • Define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and scope.
  • Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and drive Agile software delivery.
  • Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.
Architectural and Technical Planning
  • Develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains, aligning with security and compliance standards.
  • Translate business strategies into technical initiatives across projects and programs.
  • Advise management on architectural and technology topics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee security architecture and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
  • Produce and manage formal architectural artifacts and documentation.
Leadership and Communication
  • Provide guidance and support to technical and business teams, establishing organizational structures for architectural consistency.
  • Review and approve architectural documents.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture and leadership roles.
