Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a senior solutions analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and project teams to analyze requirements and define solution approaches for business applications and tech initiatives.

This role emphasizes identifying gaps, asking questions, documenting requirements, and communicating risks. You will create Technical Design Documents, API specs, data flow diagrams, and support delivery across Power Platform,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
7–10+ years in technical analysis, business systems analysis, or related roles.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflows, data flows, and integrations.
Experience creating Technical Design Documents and API specifications.
Experience with Power Platform and enterprise integrations (Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, React).

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and contribute to design and delivery planning of solutions.
Review and refine requirements, identify gaps, dependencies, and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into functional specs.
Create and maintain TDDs, API specs, and data-flow diagrams.
Support solution design using Power Platform, Azure services, React apps, and enterprise integrations.
