Job summary

JP Morgan Chase seeks a Lead Solutions Analyst for its AMDP team in the US. You will bridge product owners, business, operations, and developers, translating complex requirements into feasible solutions and guiding data-informed decisions.

You will mentor junior analysts, lead cross-department projects, and drive innovative solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in solutions analysis or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and data application, including data visualization platforms.
• Advanced data analytics knowledge with modeling & insights.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and data retrieval optimization.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support analysis workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted analyses before use.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Experience with SDLC tools and dashboards/data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business & data flow requirements.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices to guide projects.
• Model design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring integration with systems.
• Use advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets for business initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date data analysis documentation for reference.
• Identify redundancies and automation opportunities; propose improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-department projects.
• Provide status reports to business stakeholders and manage risks.
