Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
• Proficient in data extraction, interpretation, and data-informed decision making.
• Developing technical fluency in platforms, tools, and technologies with curiosity to expand knowledge.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security expectations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, with standardized validation and reuse.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to improve automation value.
• Assist in managing project dependencies and change control in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in Solutions Analysis.
• Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to principles and practices.
