Manpower Group (USA) client seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to optimize processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

The role requires 5+ years in D365 BC (or NAV) implementations, strong SQL data skills, and experience with vendor coordination. You will lead BC initiatives and support training and troubleshooting in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations or major enhancements.
• Experience in warehousing/distribution and manufacturing environments (inventory and production).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes via data and processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and interpretation.
• Ability to manage vendor/ISV relationships and coordinate technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BC initiatives across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for BC configuration or development.
• Coordinate with internal developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources on custom work.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and validation using SQL for testing, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Support change management, end-user training, and day-to-day BC troubleshooting.

• Perform hands‑on data analysis and validation using SQL to support testing, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Support change management, end‑user training, and provide day‑to‑day troubleshooting for BC‑related processes and systems.
