About the Role

Optum, a global organization committed to delivering care through technology, is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive. This role involves promoting revenue cycle financial performance solutions to healthcare providers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Identify, promote, and sell revenue cycle solutions using consultative techniques.
  2. Collaborate with regional teams to develop new business strategies.
  3. Build relationships within client accounts and internally.
  4. Represent the company at industry events to generate leads.
  5. Understand product differentiators and negotiate contracts.
  6. Utilize Salesforce for opportunity management and reporting.
  7. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years in sales development targeting decision-makers in healthcare.
  • Experience selling to provider clients and in healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Proven success in closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $195,000 annually, plus bonuses based on performance. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, equity options, and 401k. The role is remote, with adherence to company telecommuting policies.
