Rizing's services include Intelligent Robotics Process Automation, Conversational AI, predictive analytics, ABAP development, Data Intelligence, Master Data Governance, ArcGIS Add-ons, and SAP BASIS support.

Description

The Senior Solution Expert is a strategic and subject matter expert for large, complex implementations, acting as an expert advisor for customers. Will typically lead implementations for customers, providing quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales activities globally. This role provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors, associated products, and integrations. Conducts presentations with the organization and externally to represent Rizing.

Whilst the role is primarily customer-facing, the Senior Solution Expert is expected to be a thought leader and mentor within the organization – partnering with the Global COE functions as necessary.

Essential Functions
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Works as a trusted advisor to clients on complex implementations.
  • Consults with customers and advises them on Best Practice Implementation.
  • Works closely with project managers to optimize project success and profitability.
  • Develops system configurations to satisfy clients’ needs and increase their knowledge.
  • Contributes to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Mentors and coaches junior consultants on projects and implementations.
  • Attends weekly team and COE meetings.
  • Completes and maintains all necessary paperwork, timesheets, expenses, etc.
  • Maintenance of Certifications & relevant qualifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Third level education in any business-related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in Professional Services as consultant.
  • Multiple relevant SuccessFactors certifications with at least one at Professional Certification level.

  • Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software to a Professionally Certified level.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations while keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
  • Strong Thought leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, with self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and smartsheet.
