The Senior Solution Expert is a strategic and subject matter expert for large, complex implementations, acting as an expert advisor for customers. Will typically lead implementations for customers, providing quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales activities globally. This role provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors, associated products, and integrations. Conducts presentations with the organization and externally to represent Rizing.
Whilst the role is primarily customer-facing, the Senior Solution Expert is expected to be a thought leader and mentor within the organization – partnering with the Global COE functions as necessary.
