Qovery is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a technical partner to customers. This hybrid role combines technical presales, customer onboarding, and advice on cloud & Kubernetes.
The ideal candidate will have strong Kubernetes experience, hands-on cloud expertise, and enjoy solving complex problems. You will work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to help clients adopt Qovery for their cloud operations.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can communicate technical concepts effectively, this role is for you!
Back in 2019, our founders saw a gap: cloud infrastructure was supposed to simplify software delivery, yet teams were still spending too much time operating it. Kubernetes was becoming the standard, but running it well remained hard.
They built Qovery to change that.
Today, Qovery is a Kubernetes management platform built for the AI era. We help teams run production workloads across clusters and clouds without building and maintaining everything themselves. Our users focus on shipping products; Qovery handles the complexity of Kubernetes operations.
We are a remote‑first team, working with engineers and platform teams across the world, solving concrete production problems at scale.
Qovery is backed by Crane VC, Speedinvest, and IRIS, alongside founders and co‑founders from Datadog and Docker. We benefit from deep operational experience in building and scaling developer infrastructure companies.
We move fast and set a high bar. The infrastructure ecosystem changes quickly, and we design our product to keep up with real‑world constraints: scale, security, cost, and reliability.
Ownership matters here. People are trusted to make decisions and are accountable for results. Information is shared openly. Mistakes are discussed and fixed. And when life interferes (as it sometimes does), we adapt.
Imposter syndrome shouldn’t stop you from applying. Strong teams are built from different backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking. If our mission resonates and you believe you can contribute, we’d like to talk.
We’re looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to become a key technical partner for our customers and go‑to‑market team.
This is a hybrid role combining:
You’ll work directly with DevOps, Platform, and Engineering teams to help them successfully adopt Qovery in production environments.
If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working closely with customers, and operating at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and engineering: this role is for you.
Guide prospects and customers through architecture discussions, onboarding, migrations, and production adoption.
Help customers design scalable cloud and Kubernetes setups, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices around CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployments.
Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers and improve their overall experience.
Turn recurring customer questions into better documentation, tooling, processes, and product feedback.
Contribute when useful to Qovery’s open‑source ecosystem (CLI, Terraform Provider, tooling).
Bonus:
US-based / Canada role preferred.
East Coast strongly preferred, or at least 3 hours overlap with CET working hours to collaborate efficiently with our Europe‑based teams.
Customers trust you as a technical advisor.
Sales relies on you for technical validation.
Customer Success sees you as a strategic onboarding partner.
Engineering receives high‑quality product feedback and escalations.
Over time, you help make Qovery’s customer experience more scalable, efficient, and world‑class.
We’re committed to keeping you informed throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
