Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for Retail and Supply Chain to advise customers and the sales team on AI-enabled automation opportunities. You will partner with executives, industry experts, and technical stakeholders to craft compelling proposals and define steps to realize measurable business impact.

You will lead workshops, demonstrate end-to-end capabilities, and help position UiPath as a leader in agentic vertical applications. Reporting to Solution Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI solution engineering in mid-market to enterprise settings.
• Experience in data analytics, SaaS, and retail or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to run discovery workshops and customer demonstrations.
• Experience shaping sales and go-to-market with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort presenting to CIO/CDO levels and translating business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to uncover opportunities for AI to deliver value in retail and/or manufacturing.
• Lead scoping workshops, map processes, compute value, and outline delivery plans.
• Run technical and narrative demonstrations of UiPath platform and apps.
• Provide enterprise-architecture input when creating proposals for executives.
• Develop technical scoping documents and stay current on agentic AI trends.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; influence product and GTM.

Your Mission

At UiPath, we’re helping retail and supply chain organizations reimagine how work gets done through the power of Automation, AI, and agentic applications. As a Senior Solution Engineer for Retail and Supply Chain, you will be a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath sales team, helping uncover high‑value opportunities to transform business processes and unlock measurable impact.

In this role, you will partner with business executives, industry experts, and technical stakeholders to identify where automation and AI can create the greatest value across retail and supply chain operations. You will lead commercial and technical workshops, shape compelling solution proposals, and help customers envision where their UiPath journey can begin.

Reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering, you will play a critical role in securing the technical win and positioning UiPath Retail and Supply Chain Solutions as the market leader in agentic vertical applications.

What You'll Do at UiPath

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges across retail and/or manufacturing verticals, and identify opportunities for AI to drive transformative value.
• Facilitate key elements of scoping workshops: process and systems mapping, value calculations, case studies and technical overviews of applications and the value they create.
• Run high‑quality narrative‑driven and technical demonstrations of our end‑to‑end platform and applications.
• Provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations when formulating proposals with technical personas such as CIOs and CDOs.
• Create technical scoping documents outlining the scope of work, delivery timeline, configurations and delivery plan.
• Research and stay up‑to‑date on the latest agentic AI technologies and best practices, provide recommendations for how they could be applied to our customers’ needs, and position yourself as a thought leader in the AI space online and in person.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including presenting commercial and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• As a critical voice of the customer, provide feedback and input into our continuous product and GTM evolution.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience in mid‑market and enterprise businesses.
• Experience within a data analytics, digital or SaaS business, or within the retail or manufacturing industries.
• Experience working cross‑functionally to take products to market and help shape sales strategy.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations.
• Experience facilitating and guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs.
• Working within retail and supply chain environments.
• Ability to work in a fast and growing AI business.

Compensation Range: $130K - $180K
