Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Success team within Keysight at the forefront of Keysight’s software strategy. As a Solution Engineer at Keysight, you will be responsible for adoption, retention & expansion of Keysight software solutions at our major customers. You will work closely with the customer to build Design Flows and provide an integrated Customer Experience. Along with your technical expertise, you will know your customers world view and understand the key strategic investments, their major products and projects and their desired design flows and current gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Ambition to expand Keysight solutions within customers’ approved design flow(s).
• Deliver value to our customers by enabling their success with Keysight software and solutions. (Deliver regular training events, webinars/seminars, etc.)
• Has deep product knowledge and can discuss technical details with customers. Can do extensive benchmarks or evaluations if needed. Brings in extra help when needed.
• Is involved in all ongoing design and technical activities at customer site. Is able to articulate customer’s design flow, its gaps and challenges. Hold regular office hours on-site to solve design issues.
• Promote new products and features by holding events. Promote key Keysight EDA solutions (e.g. SERDES, Memory, Optical, etc.) to customers.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communications skills, and Strong interaction skills with customers.
• 5+ years of experience in at least one related field (Signal Integrity/Power Integrity, SERDES design, Memory Design, Optical/Photonics, applications engineering, etc.)
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts related to Electronic System Level, and/or Optical Design and/or High-Speed Digital and/or Optical/Photonics.
• Knowledge of Keysight EDA tools like ADS or other industry EDA tools.
• Work well in team environment, be self-motivated.
  
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Expert-level knowledge of High Speed Digital Design (SI/PI, SERDES, Memory) and/or Optical Design
• Expertise in Keysight EDA tools like ADS or other industry SI/PI EDA Tools
• Experience with Application Engineering or Customer Support.

Bay Area California pay range: MIN $174,060.00, MIDPOINT $232,080.00 - MAX $290,1000.00
