Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Success team within Keysight and be at the forefront of our software strategy. As a Solution Engineer, you will focus on adoption, retention, and expansion of Keysight software solutions with major customers. Your role involves working closely with clients to build design flows and provide an integrated customer experience. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, strategic investments, key products, projects, and current design gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand Keysight solutions within customers' approved design flows.
• Deliver value by enabling customer success through training, webinars, seminars, etc.
• Possess deep product knowledge to discuss technical details and perform evaluations or benchmarks as needed, bringing in additional help when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing design and technical activities at customer sites, understanding their design flows, challenges, and gaps. Conduct regular office hours to resolve design issues.
• Promote new products and features through events and advocate for key Keysight EDA solutions such as SERDES, Memory, 5G, RFMW, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in RF System design, Signal Integrity/Power Integrity, SERDES design, Memory Design, applications engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Electronic System Level, High-Speed Digital, RF/Microwave designs.
• Familiarity with Keysight EDA tools like ADS, SystemVue, or similar industry tools.
• Ability to work well in teams and be self-motivated.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Expertise in RF & Microwave design, Communication Systems, or High-Speed Digital Design (SI/PI, SERDES, Memory).
• Proficiency with Keysight EDA tools such as ADS, SystemVue, RFPro, etc.
• Experience in Application Engineering or Customer Support roles.

California pay range: $159,150 - $265,240. Pay ranges vary by location.
