Job summary

Otsuka is seeking a Sr. Solution Delivery Partner to drive technology adoption across IT and business functions in the United States. The role requires coordinating with global teams and delivering scalable, compliant solutions that align with strategic goals.

You will manage cross-functional projects, prepare business cases, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring timely delivery and user acceptance testing. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience across IT and business functions.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in pharma sales & marketing tech.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and data integration in pharma.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams (Japan, EU, India).
• Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution presentation skills.
• Experience supporting commercial teams in a tech role.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology opportunities to address process pain points and build business cases.
• Prepare and document requirements, develop business cases and solution recommendations.
• Lead projects from inception to completion with plans, timelines and budgets.
• Design and implement scalable, industry-aligned technology solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide techno-functional knowledge to improve business processes.
