Job description

It all started in sunny San Diego, California in 2004 when a visionary engineer, Fred Luddy, saw the potential to transform how we work. Fast forward to today — ServiceNow stands as a global market leader, bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500.

The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a Senior Manager (Individual Contributor) to design and deliver world-class enablement programs for our global Solution Consultant (SC) team members (pre-sales). In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner closely across the business to align scalable SC enablement programs with business priorities that drive performance and improve productivity.

Successful candidates will have an in-depth understanding of solution-selling and a proven track record in driving content design, development, deployment, and delivery. They will also have extensive experience in cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders across Solution Consultants, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.

We’re looking for a candidate with a bold, AI-first mindset, someone who doesn’t just use AI tools, but embeds them into the way we design, deliver, and measure programs. You’ll bring a track record of driving measurable impact in Solution Consultant roles, deep knowledge of the SaaS selling environment, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders at every level.

This role can work in a flexible or remote persona within approved locations in the United States.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Assist with creating the strategic direction and implementation of the enablement strategy, framework, methodologies, and support processes.
  • Develop and deliver SC role-specific learning programs that meet the needs of the business, including continual optimization of those programs to remain aligned to company priorities, stages in the sales cycle, and the customer buying process.
  • Partner with the Global Learning Business Partners (LBP) to support and advise on program intake, assess field requests, and align on global priorities.
  • Integrate AI tools and methods into every aspect of program creation, delivery, and evaluation, embedding AI into the DNA of our curriculum.
  • Showcase real-world AI-first approaches in our program content, experiences, and enablement materials to inspire adoption across our community.
  • Apply a data-driven mindset to measure program effectiveness, analyze ROI, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior SC leaders, bringing business acumen and executive presence to influence at all levels.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure programs align with business strategies, sales motions, and market trends.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact when facilitating sessions, delivering executive-level presentations, and telling compelling stories that connect with SCs worldwide.
  • Work across global time zones to deliver sessions as needed and engage with stakeholders in-region.
To be successful in this role you have:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Consultant enablement with the ability to translate requirements into field-ready programs.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS selling environment and associated go-to-market motions.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily workflows and leadership programs.
  • Strong industry and business acumen, with the ability to link our programs directly to business growth.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed with a track record of driving strategy and results with people who do not always report to you while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Ability to apply strong working knowledge of modern curriculum development methodologies and adult learning theories to program design and development.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and influence key stakeholders around enablement strategies with a mindset led by curiosity and empathy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones (within reason).
