Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to guide the modernization of the technology stack and enterprise platform. You will shape architecture across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java microservices, while driving AI-enabled solutions and data analytics on Google Cloud.

You will translate business needs into scalable designs, influence senior leaders, and mentor project teams as part of a strategic, cross-functional transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8–15+ years in technology with 5+ years in solution/architecture roles.
• Experience with SAP BRIM, Salesforce, microservices (Java/NET) and event-driven patterns.
• Strong cloud expertise, preferably GCP, with AWS/Azure value.
• Deep knowledge of data/analytics platforms (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau).
• Proven ability to present to executives and influence decisions.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead design and evolution of modern tech landscape across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET, Java, and GCP.
• Architect robust integrations with healthcare partners’ ERPs and systems.
• Provide technical governance, QA, and mentorship to project teams.
• Drive modernization, automation, and debt reduction through architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate strategy into design.
• Understand end-to-end business processes and data flows for impact assessment.
• Champion AI adoption and scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions.
