Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture, health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to define strategy and create SOWs.
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to align solutions with customer requirements and improve outcomes.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and maintain at least three partner certifications.
• Own territory strategy and establish consistent engagement with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Serve as a SME across multiple solution families.
• Lead outreach, enablement, and coaching for solution architects.
• Develop and deliver training content for team members and broader audiences.

The Senior Solution Architect is a field-based technical pre-sales role responsible for developing comprehensive solutions for customers within Hybrid Infrastructure. This role provides consultative guidance, supports partner product sales, and builds strategic relationships to drive business growth. The position partners with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to act as a trusted advisor and expand CDW services.

What you will do

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to provide consultative guidance, define strategy, and create statements of work (SOWs).
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to align solutions with customer requirements and enhance business outcomes.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and maintain at least three partner technical certifications.
• Own assigned territory strategy and establish consistent engagement with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple solution families.
• Lead outreach initiatives, enablement efforts, and provide coaching and mentoring to solution architects.
• Develop and deliver training content for team members and broader audiences.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of experience OR 9 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, products, technologies, and solutions within Hybrid Infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and influence decisions.
• Strong customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions and solve complex problems.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate concepts into business value.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
