Job summary

CLA is hiring an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team. The role shapes the firm’s technology landscape by partnering with stakeholders to design scalable, secure architectures and data-driven analytics platforms.

Responsibilities include defining architecture standards, translating business needs into designs, and overseeing implementation while ensuring compliance with governance. 6+ years of experience and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution architecture standards and frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps and forecast trends.
• Translate business requirements into high-level designs and system guidelines.
• Provide guidance to technical teams during design and implementation.
• Document architectural initiatives and governance processes.
• Champion best practices and ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Architect data pipelines to enable analytics and data-driven solutions.
