Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Solution Architect to be a technical leader on customer engagements within Adobe’s Services. Our Architects guide cross-functional teams through definition, deployment, and optimization to ensure customer success and drive innovative solutions across digital marketing technology.

You will align architecture with business strategy, engage with stakeholders, and grow Adobe's architecture practice while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Deep technical and business expertise in digital marketing use cases and strategies across content, data, and customer journeys including CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, and mobile engagement.
• 3+ years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant.
• Track record of delivering Enterprise or Solution/Application integrations with digital marketing tools and systems related to big data, analytics, testing & optimization, personalization, and activation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Adobe Services as a key Architect on customer accounts, defining solution architecture and leading implementation for Adobe Solutions
• Bring knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align solution architecture to business strategy
• Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve optimal state
• Understand the current state of solution architecture and assess marketing capabilities
• Recommend the future state of application architecture across customer engagements
• Work with customer teams and drive the dialogue to establish use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to meet business requirements
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams
• Engage and present recommendations to technical leads and leadership teams
• Work closely with and act as a liaison between key business, and IT experts during entire engagement
• Grow Adobe's architecture practice and share on-the-ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities
