USEReady, a leader in AI-driven data and analytics, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architectures across AI, data engineering and BI. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, designing scalable, secure solutions in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

The role requires 15+ years IT experience, strong communication with C-suite, and hands-on or conceptual expertise in AI, data engineering and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with a significant focus on Solution Architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions from concept to completion.
• Hands-on or strong conceptual knowledge in AI, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence tools/frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort leading discussions in front of C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Nice to Have: Prior experience or domain knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture: Design and lead scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions for enterprise AI, Data Engineering, and BI projects.
• Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Drive technical solutioning during client discussions, proposal developments, and pre-sales engagements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to delivery and engineering teams to ensure architectural standards and best practices are met.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and analytics, recommending modern tools and approaches where applicable.
