Ericsson in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Solution Architect/Technical Lead with deep D365 Finance & Operations expertise. Ericsson is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to join our ERP delivery and operations organization. In this role, you will combine solution ownership with technical leadership — designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving our D365 F&O platform and its surrounding enterprise ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, enterprise architects, and external partners across the full solution lifecycle.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
