Ericsson is seeking a Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to join our ERP delivery and operations team.

You will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, guiding the full solution lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders, consultants, and partners across domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise ERP with D365 F&O.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ERP architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Lead design workshops translating business and technical requirements into architecture decisions.

• Architect and govern integrations using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, security, and governance processes.

• Define environment strategy, ALM approach, and DevOps practices.
• Guide data migration, master data, and data quality strategies.

• This role is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite three days a week in Boise, Idaho and relocation is not offered for this position.

About This Opportunity

Ericsson is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to join our ERP delivery and operations organization. In this role, you will combine solution ownership with technical leadership — designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving our D365 F&O platform and its surrounding enterprise ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, enterprise architects, and external partners across the full solution lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Design and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for D365 Finance and Operations
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business and technical requirements into architecture decisions and implementation plans
• Define solution architectures spanning D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Order Management
• Architect and govern integrations between D365 and enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, development standards, security practices, and governance processes
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, architecture reviews, and deployment planning for ERP initiatives
• Define and maintain the D365 environment strategy, Application Lifecycle Management approach, and DevOps practices
• Guide data migration, master data, data quality, and data management strategies
• Monitor and improve solution performance, scalability, resiliency, and user experience
• Support the growth of developers, technical analysts, and consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Evaluate Microsoft product roadmaps and emerging technologies to identify modernization opportunities

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 7+ years in enterprise ERP solutions, with at least 5 years focused on D365 Finance and Operations
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ERP architectures and leading complex implementations
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, APIs, or comparable middleware technologies
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, automated testing, and release management
• Deep understanding of ERP security models, role-based access control, and compliance governance
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid enterprise delivery environments
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert; experience with Power Platform, Azure cloud architecture, or global multi-entity ERP implementations

• The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
