Job summary

ReadyFlo is seeking a SolidWorks Mechanical Designer/Drafter to design and produce detailed drawings for mechanical and structural systems. You will collaborate with the Engineering/Design team to develop conceptual layouts, finalized designs, and all BOMs using SolidWorks.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in the steel and fabrication industry, proficiency with SolidWorks and related engineering tools, and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in steel and fabrication.
• SolidWorks proficiency and ability to produce accurate models and drawings.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create solid models, fabrication, spool and structural drawings and BOMs.
• Design mechanical components per customer specs and API standards.
• Support manufacturing with technical guidance.
• Ensure designs meet quality and industry standards.
