Job summary

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Solar Technical Lead to ensure the technical performance and reliability of distributed energy assets. This hybrid position requires extensive hands-on experience with solar PV systems and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors. Key responsibilities include performance analysis, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred along with 7+ years in renewable energy. This role offers a base pay range of $128,610 - $157,190 annually with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy with field experience.
• Experience working closely with subcontractors and OEMs.
• Battery Energy Storage System experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical support for PV operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with vendors and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support development of technical processes and safety protocols.
• Review technical documentation for operations readiness.
