A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Solar Technical Lead to ensure the technical performance and reliability of distributed energy assets. This hybrid position requires extensive hands-on experience with solar PV systems and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors. Key responsibilities include performance analysis, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred along with 7+ years in renewable energy. This role offers a base pay range of $128,610 - $157,190 annually with additional benefits.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in renewable energy with field experience.
Experience working closely with subcontractors and OEMs.
Battery Energy Storage System experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on technical support for PV operations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Interface with vendors and ensure adherence to standards.
Support development of technical processes and safety protocols.
Review technical documentation for operations readiness.
Skills
Technical knowledge of PV system architecture
Troubleshooting ability across electrical systems
