Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or construction management experience in large-scale energy projects.
• Experience with permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Knowledge of standard project management methodologies and tools.
• Self-directed and highly motivated with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle ministerial and non-ministerial permitting of projects including presentation to permitting authorities.
• Permitting research, title work, and management of planning and zoning challenges across the development cycle.
• Primary liaison with utilities for awarded projects.
• Manage interconnection process including forecasting and material submissions.
• Assist with preparation of bid materials for applicable RFPs.
• Prepare site designs and engineering reports, internally or via contractors.
• Manage third-party contractor relationships concerning scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead site owner relationships from site control to exit of equity position.
