LGCY Power is a rapidly growing residential solar provider dedicated to an exceptional customer experience. The Service Tech III role focuses on safe, efficient installation and servicing of residential roof-mounted systems, with an emphasis on safety culture and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and coordination with inspectors, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Competenze
- 3+ years of solar/roofing/electrical experience
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and coachability
- Learning mindset with ongoing safety focus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking
- Willingness to learn AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements
Mansioni
- Install/ service residential roof-mounted solar systems solo or in teams
- Represent LGCY Power professionally
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Repair systems damaged by weather or defects
- Meet and coordinate with local inspectors
- Inspect onsite issues as requested
- Ensure safety, quality and positive customer experience
- Assist with wiring, MPUs and battery installations
- Move toward leadership roles within the company
