Job summary

PSG Energy Services seeks a hands-on Solar Foreman / Project Manager to lead nationwide commercial and utility-scale PV installations. You will own on-site execution, direct subcontractors, and drive mobilization through commissioning with a strong safety and quality focus.

The role requires 5+ years in solar construction, ability to read drawings and NEC, manage multi-trade crews, coordinate with engineers and customers, and travel 50-75% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or utility-scale solar construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical one-lines, and three-line diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC as it applies to solar PV installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews; leadership and scheduling skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (50–75%).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site for commercial rooftop, carport, and ground-mount PV projects nationwide.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, electricians, equipment operators, and testing contractors.
• Develop daily/weekly plans to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation per company standards and codes.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, testing, and utility/PTO activities.
