The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in renewable energy operations and will be responsible for maintaining equipment and supporting project activities. The compensation ranges from $39.87 to $49.97 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in renewable energy operations & maintenance, or eight years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Willing to work nights during maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on solar site equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems.
• Conduct daily site maintenance and inspections.
