Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance on solar power plants preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and installation skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of Solar Utility and Sub-Station equipment.
• Document work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency information schedules.
• Test and troubleshoot installed solar equipment to ensure proper working order.
