- Strong expertise in preventive maintenance (PM) and root cause analysis (RCA).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of field service technicians across Texas.
- Oversee maintenance of PV module manufacturing equipment.
- Provide 24/7 production support and manage customer escalations.
