Job summary

Colite Technologies seeks an experienced electrician to support the installation of commercial rooftop solar systems across the southeastern United States. The role involves wiring, conduit, terminations, and commissioning of control devices, with travel to project sites on weekdays.

The ideal candidate has a journeyman license (master preferred), strong knowledge of NEC (Art. 690 and 705), NFPA 70E, and OSHA10 or higher. NABCEP is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Ability to test voltages from 10V–1000V DC / 120V–480V AC.
• Understanding of NEC requirements and NFPA 70E.
• NABCEP certification a plus.
• OSHA10 or greater.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment, cables, panels, and conduit for rooftop solar systems.
• Terminate wire and install distribution panels and disconnects.
• Coordinate with customers and host utilities at sites.
• Review BOM and ensure crew readiness and stock levels.
• Lead and train crew members when required and ensure quality.
• Drive improvements to quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
