Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of hardware design, build, manufacturing, or testing experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in factory automation, data analysis, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and qualify production processes and equipment for solar cell manufacturing from pilot builds through full-rate production.
• Lead the production ramp to hit volume, yield, and cost targets.
• Drive yield, uptime, and rate improvements to meet program targets (OEE).
• Lead prototype and engineering builds with milestones for production development.
• Provide feedback to design and process teams to improve manufacturability and robustness.
• Collaborate with equipment engineering, supply chain, production technicians, and quality to stabilize processes.
